We want people to live empowered lives — rooted in awareness of their needs, grounded in authenticity, and growing in compassion for one another.
Mission
Our mission is to share Empowerment Therapy with practitioners and nurture their growth, so they can create the conditions for their clients to thrive.
We also equip managers with empowerment skills to foster workplaces rooted in safety, trust, and collaboration — where people can contribute their creativity and care in service of a shared purpose.
We do this in ways that are joyful, sustainable, and growthful — for those we serve, and for ourselves.
Self-Connection — being in contact with our feelings, needs and natural compassion — is the ground from which we work. In that space, we endeavor to connect with others beyond roles. Our emphasis on connection is captured in the logo.
